To Corrin, Six is not a runaway with a name — he’s “misfiled inventory,” a MACE-pattern asset to be re-shelved or, if that’s not feasible, written off. That literalism is what makes her chilling: there is no anger to appeal to and no mercy to plead for, only a ledger to balance.
She rarely sets foot on the frontier. She sends money, deniable contractors, paperwork, and records access — and she follows the data. If she does travel to Thides in person, it means the count has gotten bad enough to be career-threatening, and she means to close it herself.
