Overview
The infantry arm of the Federal Republican Military, they are lesser in number than their Fleet counterpart. Focusing mostly on small team tactics, they are setup to deal with military threats in a more targeted matter. From boarding a suspected pirate vessel to capturing a terrorist base, the marines main aim is to do it quickly and efficiently, with as little impact as possible.
Marines consider the Fleet to be inferior in their heavy handed use of weapons to achieve their ends. Marines instead are expected to do more with less, and still complete the mission.
