The fourth planet orbiting Corwin III, it is home to a settlement. The settlement provides residences and breaks to the workers of the nearby Pratrock Research Facility in the system, as well as support for travelers through the system. There is no space elevator, but the reduced gravity of the planet (.75G) makes it more cost effective to launch ships off the surface to provide services. The moon’s atmosphere contains oxygen, but not enough to breath without assistance, most people will use breathing assistant setups when walking around the surface, and most of the settlement is a sealed environment.
