When originally settled the cantina offered refreshments and food to the company of settlers. As the years past and the community changed, the original settlers moved off to their own homesteads and the company broke up, the building found itself in the possession of the Van der Stoep family who continues to run the establishment.
The cantina offers drink and food to the few locals that continue to operate the outpost, along with both on and off world visitors.

- Session 10 (Session 10 - Six Shooters and Four Arms) — The crew’s first real meal in over a week: roasted Garet and local moonshine from Bonaccorso Van der Stoep. Ronin Sanchez met Nat Marinov in the back corner; Aliya Pontecorvo joined Nat and the two left by the back door. Breakfast the next morning was green eggs and blue meat.
