Leader of the Rusted Blades, she grew up in the system in the slums of Processor I. She formed her gang originally by running protection rackets among the businesses on the station, threatening that the kids in her gang would disrupt them. Eventually she managed to scrape enough script together to purchase a run down ship. With the ship, with her gang, managed to extend their racket to the whole system, targeting unlicensed mining operations.
She is smart enough to stay under MacMillian security. Occasionally tipping them off about some operations, usually those that wont pay.

- Session 1 (Session 01 - The Ragged Edge of Space) — The crew observed Leocadia Zavia at The Comets Tail, seated at a corner table with crew wearing the matching bandanas of the Rusted Blades. Two of them frog-marched a captive miner to her table, where she leaned in and quietly extracted coordinates from him in a low, unhurried voice before having him escorted out — the bar carrying on around her the whole time. Shackleton Magellan eavesdropped by steering a service bot close until Ronin Sanchez loudly shouted the bot away, cutting the feed. Roland Mohamed later confirmed she runs the Rusted Blades out of Processing I.
