The Black Ice Syndicate

Overview

An loose collection of smugglers, raiders, and other criminals that run the transport, processing, and distribution of Stimulodiscus pericensis from Peric IV D. This collection consists of people that handle steps in the process and relate to other groups based on need and profit. Through the entire group the process is completed from the harvest of the plant, through the distillation to it’s purer and stronger form, to finally the shipment out of the system to other places. The collection has no direct connection to the final sale, preferring to deal in only bulk sales. This is due to a lack of infrastructure and long term planning a more organized group would be able to accomplish.
