Brianna's Earring
Current Holder: The crew
Origin: Room 2002
Overview
A single earring, recovered from Room 2002 at the Royale Hotel — wedged behind the headboard of the bed in the left bedroom, tucked far enough out of sight that a crew working to a schedule missed it. Everything else in that room was gone: the bedding stripped and never sent to the laundry, the surfaces scrubbed until the ammonia was still sharp days later.
Shackleton Magellan matched it from memory to the earring Brianna Melvin is wearing in the photograph Samina Ventura supplied.
It proves one thing and only one thing: Brianna was in that room. It does not establish what happened to her, and it is not evidence any authority is obliged to act on. Samina Ventura took it as enough to conclude Brianna is dead or permanently gone.
