Appearance & Manner
Five foot four and stout. He arrived on the dock in a golf cart, weaving and bumping along it, unsteady on his feet. Once he stepped aboard his gait straightened, and he climbed to the pilot house and took command.
History
The deckhands credit his boat with a clean record: its fence and netting stand because the giant jellyfish have eaten tourists off other boats.
