Overview

A robotic torso built into the service counter of the House of Parts, armed with aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics and an inventory recitation it delivers before a customer can get a word in — used engines, gravitational connectors, wires, switches, centrifuges. When Shackleton Magellan asked to speak to the human owner, it insisted it was the owner, and held that line until Roselyn Monroe walked in carrying a bag and started stocking shelves.

It did close a sale: one seventeen-stroke G fuse capacitor, ten credits, for The Albatross’s third airlock button.

Motivations & Secrets

Whether the ownership claim is a sales script, a misconfiguration, or Roselyn’s idea of a front is unestablished.
