Session 07 - The Goodwin Contract

Seventh session of Chapter 1 - The Far Dark, run cold (no Plan file, as with Sessions 1–6). Four days in hyperspace end at Eris III, where the crew finally deliver Julija Borja’s evidence duffel to the House of Parts — and meet Roselyn Monroe, who opens the bag with her own thumbprint, hands out forged citizen IDs, and speaks of Julija in the past tense before anyone tells her she is dead. The price of a coded transponder turns out to be a kidnapping: Peter Goodwin, 17th floor of the Firetemic Tower, delivered to Storage B-342. Marlo Petrak loses his handcuffs and chooses to stay. Six gets a birthday cake, a paper pith helmet, and a ride through the city sewers, and ends the session clinging invisibly to the roof of an armored transport inside the tower’s restricted basement garage.
