Bamboo Lounge

Overview

A bamboo forest themed bar located in the Aethel Starport, it is the main place for travelers to get a drink and a meal while waiting for their transport. A few of the locals that make their business in the starport operate out of this establishment as it’s cheaper than renting space in the station.

As seen in play (Session 7): massive, rainforest-themed, and genuinely all-comers — business executives down to people spending their last credits on a meal before the next transport. It keeps children’s activity kits (silly straws, placemat mazes, paper pith helmets), will produce a birthday cake on a stranger’s say-so, and holds a reserved section for union use — where Ronin Sanchez watched a well-dressed man wearing a Bamboo Union pin meet a rough-looking woman who left visibly upset.
