Betelgeuse II

Overview

A planet of only ocean, this planet has no land at all. There are settlements built under the surface as the storm strength will regularly destroy any structures above the water. Access to the planet is limited to retractable landing bays that are drawn under the water line when the most violent of the storms approach. The planet possesses a wide biological diversity under the waves, and offers many unique biological discoveries, only a fraction of which have been revealed. Mining is strictly forbidden.
