Overview

Fourth moon of Peric IV, it is an earth like moon with extreme weather variance due to it’s orbit around the failed star of Peric IV. Monsoon weather can change into blizzards as the moon’s slow orbit takes it around the planet. Life exists on the planet, as well as a few settlements. The out of the way nature of the system makes it ideal for people trying to hide out from the authorities.

The planet is home to a species of plant that contains properties that produce an amphetamine. The plant can be chewed to absorb the properties, as well as distilled down to a stronger form of the drug. At it’s strongest, it is known to cause people to react in hallucinated manner, often expressing violent rages. The plant is banned by the Federal Republic for off world transport, it’s on planet use is left up to the locals.

• Session 9 (Session 09 - Snakes on a Catwalk) — Chosen as the destination for a 1,000-credit cargo run from Roselyn Monroe’s job network; Marlo Petrak recommended it as the safer option. Bamboo Union workers loaded Firetemic Cargo Crates into The Albatross and the crew received delivery contact codes. The GMAssistant export spells the name “Perak 4D”; the vault name follows Tim’s mobRPG world.
• Session 10 (Session 10 - Six Shooters and Four Arms) — The crew arrived by the gate route after six days in hyperspace, landed at Acheron’s Rest, and a sensor sweep showed dozens of small isolated homesteads. On the road south-southwest to the Roberts homestead they were ambushed by ragged raiders (The Rocky Pass Ambush).
• Session 11 - The Cost of a Clone’s Life — The crew crossed the plains to the Roberts Estate: wild Black Ice, open-pit mines and bio-domes worked by gangs of identical clones under armed overseers. A violent storm hit overnight. The Albatross later lifted cargo from a hidden pad on Roberts’s land and left the moon.
