Federal Transponder
Current Holder: Installed beneath the hull of The Albatross
Origin: Supplied and installed by Roselyn Monroe
Overview
The properly coded transponder Roselyn Monroe promised as payment for The Goodwin Contract. She arrived at The Albatross an hour after the handoff with a bag of equipment, installed the unit beneath the hull, and registered it under Shackleton Magellan’s name. In the Federal Republic’s records the ship is now the Albatross, a real vessel with a real identity, for as long as nobody looks too closely at the paperwork behind it.
Before this the ship flew with no coded transponder. A federal inspection ordered earlier had gone un-attended, and blank units had been located at the House of Parts.
