The top-ring public strip of MacMillian Station IV — neon and noise crammed into a single corridor of gambling dens, bars, and service establishments, smelling of spilled drink and opportunity. Security patrols the edges but watches with practiced disinterest, tolerating petty crime — pickpockets, shell games, panhandlers slipping guards a credit chip — so long as nothing boils over. A pervasive kickback culture runs through the whole strip: comped drinks, meals, chips, and services flow to security personnel in exchange for a blind eye. It houses Nova Nexus, The Comets Tail, and The Silk Abbey.
