The crew met him as a blunt, pragmatic operator who ran the “real” briefing over corporate formality — he told them to forget Solveig Kaufer’s orientation entirely and gave them the rules that actually keep security alive on MacMillian Station IV. He wears his patience thin easily, and Six’s granular protocol questions visibly frayed it.

Session 1 (Session 01 - The Ragged Edge of Space) — Holger Graeme delivered the crew’s real briefing in Conference Room A, opening by telling them to forget everything Solveig Kaufer had said. His rules were simple: don’t escalate, don’t go into a fight you can’t finish, call for backup, and don’t make problems where there aren’t any. He named the station’s key figures and threats — Samina Ventura of The Silk Abbey as a high-priority client, Asher Bhattacharya and Plen Hong around the Nova Nexus / Serene Syndicate, the Rusted Blades in the belt, and scavenger Thandeka Dahl near Thides I — before Six’s relentless follow-up questions frayed his patience and he dismissed the team.

Session 2 (Session 02 - The MacMillian Anomaly) — Opened the morning briefing with two priorities: detain Harsha Trent for questioning, unharmed, and protect visiting dignitary Peter Goodwin at all costs. After a 4 a.m. alarm, he briefed the crew on an illegal signal detected in the mothballed Processing II and sent Zigurds Sloan to grant access, then coordinated the intercept team that recovered Six from open space when the cargo container carrying him was pulled from the station. He co-ran the crew’s formal debrief with Solveig Kaufer afterward, confined the crew to quarters, and the next morning issued new orders shipping the crew to Thides III along with a status update that Harsha Trent had lost heavily at the Station 45 bookies and was now deep in debt on a deadline.

Session 4 (Session 04 - The Case of the Missing Courtesan) — Took Shackleton Magellan’s in-flight report of alien technology and a live prisoner, and relayed the Marshal’s order: the The Albatross to be quarantined on arrival at Docking Bay 36. Met the crew at the dock with two officers, visibly worried, locked the ship down, and sent them to debrief. He granted them 24 hours of R&R and 200 credits each, and later authorised Shackleton Magellan full station security access to the Royale Hotel’s restricted floors — asking only that findings come back to him directly. The next morning Julija Borja crossed the hall and berated him through the walls for failing to report the earlier incidents. His defence, overheard by the crew, is the session’s key structural revelation: MacMillian corporate policy requires all reports to route through the station manager rather than the Marshal Service, and the last time he tried to go around it, Solveig Kaufer threatened his position. Worn down, he came back into the office and ordered the crew to cooperate with the Marshal fully.

Session 5 (Session 05 - Hostile Takeover) — Ran the aftermath of the ambush and then lost his station. He arrived at the scene red-faced and winded, took Six’s report, scanned the Kinetic Logistics ID Card to no result, and ordered it into evidence; his people’s visual sweep missed the two Grazer pistols the crew had concealed. He ordered the prisoner processed and the reports filed, and berated Zigurds Sloan over the radio about unrepaired cameras and lighting in the lower sectors. His key contribution was naming the leak’s possible sources. Studying the dossier pulled from Marlo Petrak’s bio-computer — patrol routes, schedules, and complete HR files on each crew member — he concluded that only three people on the station could have authorised a pull that comprehensive: himself, Wilton Agramunt, or Vita Ó Taidhg, and that the last entry aligned with the crew’s mission to Thides III. He put the crew on entertainment district patrol for two days, ordering them to travel together and stay visible, while he investigated internally. He also brokered Julija Borja’s approach to the crew, made clear the federal job was voluntary, and held Kate Broadbeck’s signal device while they were off-station. During the coup he and his security team were locked inside their own security office by the new administration; Six cut the door open with the vibro-axe to free them. He confirmed the lockdown, the controlled gate and the grounded ships — and was left behind on the station when the crew fled.
