Session 06 - The Albatross Takes Flight
Sixth session of Chapter 1 - The Far Dark, run cold (no Plan file, as with Sessions 1–5). Four days in hyperspace aboard the stolen transport the crew finally give a name: the Albatross. Six interrogates Marlo Petrak, decides he is not useful, and starts dragging him toward an open airlock — until Ronin Sanchez stops him by force, after which Petrak is welcomed aboard as probationary crew. Shackleton Magellan takes the alien cube apart far enough to find three coordinates already programmed into it. On arrival at Corwin II the cube seizes the autopilot, refuses to give it back, and flies the ship down a crater fissure into the Corwin II Subterranean Landing Bay, a concealed Pratrock Dynamics hangar nobody knew existed, while Pratrock’s known facility sits on the far side of the same world. A dog’s name opens the terminal, a ringing phone gets answered badly, and the lights go out. This hub holds metadata and links only — see the linked documents.
